At Jay's Mobile Mechanics, we do not offer refunds as we are a mobile on site mechanic service.  The only warranty we offer is labor only. If the part you purchased does not fit, or you have inadequate mounting hardware, you will be told to re-order your part. Contact our company back to be added back to the schedule to have the part installed on your vehicle. There is also $175 rescheduling fee when this happens. At Jae’s mobile auto we do not offer parts. We are a labor only service. So any issue you have with your part or is mounting hardware must be took up between you and where you got your part. 

All sales are final.

All part to be installed on your vehicle must be provided by the customer along with new mounting hardware. Your project will not be completed using old or used bolts as this goes against all manufacture recommendations. An could cause leaks in gaskets which would result in warranty work, which is why you must have all new hardware and gaskets when providing your parts. If you do not. your project has to be stopped you will be charged a fee of 175 once you have acquired the proper mounting hardware and contacted our office back to reschedule your project.
